Shipping and Setup Policy

At TheEvelyne.com, we take great care in crafting and preparing each piece for your home. Please note that delivery and setup may take approximately 4 to 8 weeks from the time of purchase.

Once your order is ready, a member of our team will contact you via email or phone to schedule a convenient time for delivery and in-home setup.
We strive to coordinate a seamless experience and will work closely with you to ensure everything is arranged to your satisfaction.

Returns, 15-Day Home Trial & 30-Day Fabric Exchange

At The Evelyne, your satisfaction is our priority. Our goal is to ensure that your sofa not only meets your expectations but feels perfect in your home. To help you shop with confidence, we offer the following flexible policies:

15-Day Home Trial

We believe you need to experience your new sofa in your own space to know if it’s the right fit. That’s why every order comes with a 15-day home trial period, starting from the date of delivery.

If, for any reason, you’re not fully satisfied within the trial window, you may request a return for a full refund of the product price, excluding original shipping, white-glove setup, and return freight costs.

To qualify for a return:

The sofa must be in like-new condition, free from stains, damage, or excessive wear.
All original components, covers, and packaging must be available for pickup.
A return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

30-Day Fabric Exchange

We understand that seeing fabric swatches isn’t always the same as living with the full sofa. If you find that your chosen fabric doesn’t quite match your aesthetic or lifestyle, we offer a one-time complimentary fabric exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Here’s how it works:

Choose a new fabric from our current collection.
Contact us to confirm your selection and schedule your fabric replacement.
Only fabric covers are exchanged — the sofa frame and cushions will remain the same.
The original fabric covers must be returned in undamaged, clean condition.
Standard shipping or service fees for pickup and redelivery may apply.

Additional Notes

Custom orders, final sale items, or products marked as non-returnable are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the product is received and inspected.
The Evelyne reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet policy conditions.

Lifetime Limited Warranty

At The Evelyne, we are committed to delivering craftsmanship that endures. Our sofas are designed with premium materials and meticulous attention to detail to offer comfort, performance, and peace of mind for years to come. To reflect this commitment, we offer a Lifetime Limited Warranty on the structural components of your sofa.

This warranty is extended to the original purchaser and applies to products used under normal residential conditions.

What’s Covered Under the Lifetime Limited Warranty?

1. Frame and Structural Support

We guarantee the durability of the internal hardwood or metal frame, as well as any load-bearing and modular support components. These are covered for the lifetime of the product against defects in materials and workmanship.
If your frame or structural base develops an issue due to faulty manufacturing, we will repair or replace the part at no cost.

2. Cushion Core Support

The inner foam and fill of your seat and back cushions are protected under a limited lifetime warranty. This includes defects that affect the integrity, resilience, or performance of the cushioning under normal use.
Please note that natural softening over time is expected and not considered a defect.

3. Fabric & Upholstery Workmanship (1-Year Limited Warranty)

We guarantee the quality and stitching of our upholstery for 1 year from the date of delivery. This includes seam integrity, zipper functionality, and issues related to craftsmanship.

What’s Not Covered

While we take great pride in offering lasting products, some elements naturally experience wear over time or may be impacted by circumstances beyond our control. The following are not covered under our Lifetime Limited Warranty:

Fabrics & Surface Materials: Natural fading, pilling, stains, pet damage, abrasion, or wear from normal use.
Cosmetic Wear: Minor imperfections such as scratches, wrinkles, or softening of foam that result from everyday use.
Misuse or Improper Handling: Damage caused by abuse, improper cleaning, accidents, or modification of the product.
Commercial or Non-Residential Use: This warranty does not cover use in rental, hospitality, or business environments.
Environmental Factors: Damage from moisture, mold, sunlight, heat, or exposure to elements.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a defect covered under this warranty, please contact our Customer Experience Team at [support@TheEvelyne.com] or call us directly.
Please include:

Your original order number
A detailed description of the issue
Clear photos of the affected area(s)

Once received, our team will review your claim and determine whether repair, replacement, or other resolution is appropriate. In some cases, replacement components may be provided rather than a full product exchange.

Shipping charges for warranty-related repairs or replacements may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the nature of the claim and location.

Additional Information

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from TheEvelyne.com or authorized partners.
Any repair or replacement provided under warranty does not reset or extend the original warranty period.
Proof of original purchase is required for all claims.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Purchase Terms

All prices are final upon purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice and are at the discretion of The Evelyne. Current promotional offerings cannot be applied to the purchase of gift cards. A 100% deposit is required for every order placed on TheEvelyne.com. You must agree to all of these terms and conditions for us to process your order.

The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. The Evelyne reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of an order. However, by confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the products, shipping and handling charges, and applicable taxes. The Evelyne reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Typographical Errors

In the rare event that a product is listed with an incorrect price or description due to a typographical error or inaccurate information received from our suppliers, The Evelyne reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed incorrectly, regardless of whether you have received an order confirmation or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, The Evelyne will promptly issue a credit to the same card for the full amount of the charge.

Product Descriptions

The Evelyne and its affiliates strive to be as accurate as possible. However, The Evelyne does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by TheEvelyne.com is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise. All claims must be brought in an individual capacity and not on a class or representative basis. You and The Evelyne waive the right to participate in any form of class action or to act as a class representative or private attorney general.

The Evelyne also reserves the right to dispute and reject any chargebacks initiated through your credit card company for returns that do not comply with our stated Return Policy or Terms of Use.

Site Policies, Modification, and Severability

If any of these conditions are deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms.
