Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for all eligible products.
To qualify, items must be:

In their original condition (unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging).

Free of stains, pet hair, odors, or alterations.

Packed in their original boxes. Returns without original packaging will not be accepted or eligible for a refund.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and a return shipping fee may apply depending on your location and item size.
Exclusions
Because of their nature, the following are final sale and cannot be returned:

Custom configurations or made-to-order pieces
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support@TheEvelyne.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
How to Start a Return

Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds
